At the moment, I am only able to ship within the UK and Channel Islands. Your order will be dispatched between 1-3 working days. Delivery takes 2-3 working days and is sent with the Royal Mail.

shipping Costs

Shipping to the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) are £3.95 for orders up to 2kg and £7.96 for orders over 2kg.

Shipping to Jersey and Guernsey are £3.39 for orders up to 2kg and £6.63 for orders over 2kg.

returns/refunds

As I am a small business I do not accept returns or refunds. I always package delicate pieces the best I can but sometimes they can have a rough journey. If something arrives broken such as a clay piece, clay eye, or earring please contact time4soup and they will either fix it or make you a new piece. You will need to show a picture of the broken item.
